Sabrina gathered my minimum requirements and preference to location of my home and set me up with a market watch a few months prior to when I could actually pull the trigger. She even allowed me to view a few homes, so that my expectations were not shattered when I was able to actually go house hunting and place an offer. Her insight to the Murrieta, Lake Elsinore, Canyon Lake, Menifee and Temecula area was extremely helpful in me weeding out the homes due to mello roos, higher property taxes, school districts, and actual condition of the homes. When we went home hunting, I had a short list of homes to look at, and was able to get my second choice. We were dealing with a local realtor for the seller side and the owner living in another State, and Sabrina was able to get them to step up to the plate to repair certain items. The house had some prior roof damage, and she referred me to a local roof repairman that I had come over and due a quick inspection of the integrity of roof, which eased my mind in deciding to make the purchase.
